Hi! I’m Anya, a yoga teacher with over 8 years of experience. My journey began in 2016 with Ashtanga Yoga, and over time, I naturally transitioned to more fluid styles like Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Parental Yoga. I’m also a Reiki Therapist and a Soul-Coach, using my diverse experiences to guide people through life’s challenges and help them create healthier, more harmonious relationships with themselves.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Arts and have a strong background in various group fitness styles. Throughout my career, I’ve created fitness concept classes and educated trainers in Estonia, Finland, Norway, and Italy.

Movement and self-mastery have always been a part of my life. From rhythmic gymnastics at age 5 to coaching badminton, I’ve always followed my passion. Today, I focus on creating profound experiences that allow people to connect more deeply with their true selves.

In my yoga classes, I aim to provide a safe and trusted space for you to explore the joy of breath and movement. My hope is that the relaxed, blissful states you experience in class stay with you in your daily life. I value freedom, sincerity, and spiritual growth—and I love to bring these values into everything I do. Outside of teaching, I’m a passionate dancer and a world traveller.
