Our changing rooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers, so you can refresh yourself after the workout if you wish.
Premium shampoos, body wash, and other self-care products are provided to you for free, so there’s really no need to bring your own.
No need to bring your lock. There are plenty of spacious lockers in the changing rooms, each with a numerical code system.
Our studios are shoe-free. When entering the studio, please take off your shoes and keep them in the designated cabins at the reception. You also don’t need training shoes for our classes, so you can leave them at home - how convenient!
For your own comfort, we highly recommend wearing grippy socks with anti-slip stoppers for all our classes. You are welcome to bring your own, or you can purchase our signature branded pair from the reception desk.
Please note! For Reformer Pilates sessions, grippy socks are compulsory.
We have a 12-hour class cancellation policy. That means you can cancel your class reservation up to 12 hours before it starts, and the credit(s) will be returned to your account. For example, if a class starts at 10:00, you can cancel it before 22:00 of the previous day without a penalty. If you cancel the 10:00 class reservation after 22:01, you will automatically lose your credit.
If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your account, go to the Bookings, find your class, and click Cancel. If you have trouble cancelling or have questions, please email the studio. Please note that the 12-hour rule also applies in this case, and you need to contact us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing the credit.
If you’re feeling ill, please send us an email. If this happens after the 12-hour cut-off period, you will lose your credit, which can be returned to you account after you present the doctor’s receipt.

Here at Reach, we offer a variety of low-impact classes, so we recommend trying them all and seeing which ones your body loves the most. For the best results, we advise attending 2-3 muscle-toning classes (such as Barre, Mat and Reformer Pilates) and complementing those with 1-2 Stretching / Yoga sessions per week.
Remember the golden rule—some training is always better than no training!
Absolutely! We offer beginner-friendly classes across all disciplines. Our instructors ensure a welcoming environment for newcomers and will guide you through modifications to help you feel comfortable and safe.
Please consult your doctor before attending classes if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Inform your instructor before class so they can offer modifications and ensure your safety.
There is no upper age limit, and we encourage people of all ages to attend classes. Soft Fitness and Reformer Pilates are very effective in building and maintaining muscle, which becomes even more critical as we age.
For the safety and security of our clients, children under the age of 18 may only attend classes under the supervision of a responsible adult.
As described in our Terms & Conditions, we do not offer refunds on any purchased packages or memberships.
Class Credits can be shared amongst clients or used to make guest reservations. Monthly memberships, however, can not be shared and are non-transferable.
